Every product that we offer in our store is one that we personally use, so I can give you specific advice pertinent to your unique situation. Everything we sell has been tested day in and day out by us on our own horses, and we sell them only because we use them! Shipping Notes: Easycare boots, Dynamite products & Hoofjack ship standard ground UPS. Most other items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, except for items that are drop-shipped UPS or FedX (Hoofjack, most hoof boots, many Dynamite products). Always provide a USPS address, and if different, a ground delivery address, especially when ordering Easycare boots, Dynamite or Hoofjack.

Shipping rates: The post office has recently raised its rates. Most noticeable are the increased charges to Canada and foreign countries. Our prices are generally set for shipping by Priority Mail for both domestic and global.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is automatically added to your online order. You can easily do a test order- with no personal info-to see what your actual shipping charges will be! All subscription products, including CDs, are shipped FREE, and are excluded from shipping calculation. Shipping rates: The post office has recently raised its rates yet again. I am constantly tweaking the shipping charges to closely match my costs, and it is a huge task. If you notice that an item seems excessively priced for shipping, please let me know. If it is underpriced, well, you get a bonus.

Most products are shipped by United States Post Office Priority Mail or Priority Mail International. (A few select items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer, such as EasyCare Boots, Davis Boots in some sizes, Hoofjacks and Dynamite products - usually sent UPS or FedX ground, and these items are NOT available for international delivery.)

United States Shipping: Most items sent by USPS Priority Mail with a 2-3 day estimated delivery timeframe. No rush shipping is available - please allow a couple extra days for order processing (which goes through Yvonne, and I'm just one person!), and please don't count weekends or holidays. I do try to get orders sent out as quickly as possible, usually next business day.

Canada Shipping: Shipped U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail International with 6 - 10 Days Estimated Delivery Time (does not include weekends or holidays). This does not include time in Canadian Customs office.
