Shipping rates: The post office has recently raised its rates. Most noticeable are the increased charges to Canada and foreign countries. Our prices are generally set for shipping by Priority Mail for both domestic and global.

The Horse's Hoof is a little company, and we intend to stay that way. When you call our toll-free number 1-877-594-3365, you will talk directly to me, Yvonne Welz -- which is why I'm not always available (I'm a busy person!). Every product that we offer in our store is one that we personally use, so I can give you specific advice pertinent to your unique situation. Everything we sell has been tested day in and day out by us on our own horses, and we sell them only because we use them! Click on a product catagory left (or bottom of page) for more information and to order online. Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and Paypal. Order online 24 hours a day, or call and leave a message anytime, and I'll return your call.
Shipping Notes: Sorry, no Express Shipping on most Dynamite products or the Hoofjack - they always ship standard ground UPS. Most other items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, except for items that are drop-shipped UPS or FedX (Hoofjack, most hoof boots, many Dynamite products). Express shipping will give you rush order processing, and a 3 day shipping method. Sorry, I can't offer a choice of delivery methods, I use the method that works out best for me. But if you're not sure, just ask! Always provide a USPS address, and if different, a ground delivery address, especially when ordering any large items.
United States shipping ONLY for EasyCare Boots. I drop-ship the EasyCare boots (Easyboots, Bares, Epics, Boas, Old Mac's and EasySoakers) from the EasyCare company, and they will no longer drop-ship to a foreign country. You will need to contact EasyCare, Inc. http://www.easycareinc.com for information on a dealer in your country.

FOREIGN ORDERS: If this is your first order from me, and you have a foreign address, or the billing and ship-to addresses are different, please provide detailed info about who you are and why you are ordering. If you don't, expect your order to be delayed while I try to verify. Suspiscious orders (which includes all orders from Nigeria) will be deleted if I cannot verify them. If I cannot contact you at your provided email address, I will delete your order.

We use WebContactPro shopping cart system (http://www.webcontactpro.com), and Authorize.net Merchant Services secure credit card processing systems (http://authorize.net), so you can rest assured that your credit data is safe and secure. Just click on the "Add to Cart" button to add that item into your shopping cart order. This order can be cancelled at any time until your final order submission is completed.
After you click "Checkout," your order will be completed on a secure order page, located on a secure server, supporting SSL encryption. All information will be kept absolutely confidential. We do not and will not ever sell any customer information, and will treat your private information with the greatest care and respect! That's my promise!

You may also pay for your orders with Paypal's service. Paypal
is now part of our shopping cart selection, so you can place your order
just like other credit card users. Or you can do it manually, just figure
up your total off the Fax/Mail Order Chart. Send an e-mail payment through
Paypal to editor@thehorseshoof.com
for the total amount, and indicate your products ordered.
Return policy
General product returns within 30 days unused for full exchange (with no fee except any new shipping costs incurred) or refund (less a 20% restocking fee just to cover the credit card processing fees, which don't get refunded to me, as well as my time). Books/videos/DVDs are usually not refundable, with an exchange only if merchandise is defective. However, if you are really unhappy with something, just let me know and I'll make sure you turn into a happy customer, whatever I have to do!
Full Money Back Guarantee on all Dynamite products - If, after using a Dynamite product for 60 days, you are not satisfied with the results, you may fill out a product refund form and 100% of your purchase price will be refunded. Limit to one container.
Easyboots and Old Mac's Boots warranty information: Boots are guaranteed against defects for 90 days. Please call EasyCare Inc. for warranty details at toll-free 800-447-8836. Please do not return boots to The Horse's Hoof for warranty issues. Contact EasyCare Inc. before returning any pair of boots to them, as you will need return authorization first.
Before returning any product, it is advisable to contact me first, Toll Free 1-877-594-3365 or editor@thehorseshoof.com If you do not contact me first, there may be delays in getting your return processed. Please include all pertinent info in your return, and mail fully insured to The Horse's Hoof P.O. address at bottom of this page, or contact me if you need a UPS or Fed Ex shipping address.
Shipping Details

Always provide a USPS address, and if different, a ground delivery address, especially when ordering any large items.
Would you like to know the shipping total of your
order before placing it? Just add your items into the cart and procede
to check out. You don't have to enter any personal data at all - your
order total will display with the shipping options bar, so you can try
out the different options to see how much they will cost, and you don't
even have to place an order (just hit cancel, or quit your web browser).
All items will be mailed out as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days as long as the product is in stock. If a product is back-ordered, you will be contacted right away about the delay. Some of the larger Dynamite supplements may be drop-shipped by U.P.S. (United States only). Because of customs regulations, we do not recommend international shipping for supplements or homeopathic items, and we cannot ship Dynamite to foreign addresses at all. Only certain Dynamite products can ship to Canada, as Canadian Customs has become very strict. Arizona State sales tax (8.8%) will be automatically added to your total for any orders shipped to an Arizona address.
Foreign Orders
Notice for International/Canadian Orders: Your own country's Customs Fees and Taxes for products imported from outside your country are the sole responsibility of you, the purchaser, and I can neither pay them in advance nor give you any kind of estimate of these charges - it is your country! All International and Canadian orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Service. If you do not change the shipping in the shopping cart from the default method of U.S. Standard Shipping, you will be billed the additional shipping costs separately.
I reserve the right to refuse to accept any international
order. If this is your first order from me, and you have a foreign
address, or the billing and ship-to addresses are different, please provide
detailed info about who you are and why you are ordering. If you don't,
expect your order to be delayed while I try to verify. Suspiscious orders

delete your order. It is your responsibility to follow up on your
order with me. Foreign orders are risky, and frankly, a pain in the butt
for me, but I will continue to accept them as long as we have good communication
on both ends. If there is a suitable supplier in your own country who
can provide these products, I will refer you to them. Don't be fooled
by what looks like cheaper prices here due to the U.S. dollar -- once
you add shipping and your customs fees and taxes, you might be paying
a lot more when you order from me.

No rush shipping is available - please allow a couple extra days for order processing (which goes through Yvonne, and I'm just one person!), and please don't count weekends or holidays.
